CATHAY PACIFIC/DRAGONAIR UPGRADING TO A NEW RESERVATIONS SYSTEM ON 11/12 FEBRUARY

Cathay Pacific and Dragonair are upgrading our reservation systems in order to ensure that we keep pace with our passengers' future travel requirements. During the period of system change, we will seek minimise any impact to our passengers.

There will be a period of around 13 hours on 11th to 12th February when we complete the technical aspects of the upgrade during which a number of our systems will be unavailable.

We will be unable to take new reservations, amend reservations or accommodate special requests during this brief outage period so we would recommend making reservations or changes before or after these dates.

If you want to modify your booking, make special requests, request advance seats or manage your booking on the website, you will need to do this before 14.00 on Saturday 11th February 2012 or contact with our Reservation offices at 84-8-38223203 (HCMC) or 84- 4- 3826 7298/ 3826 7299 (Hanoi) before 16:30 on Friday 10th Feb 2012. The rest of your journey with Cathay Pacific/Dragonair will proceed as smoothly as normal. We will be operating our planned flight schedule.

If you travel on 11th and 12th February, please be aware that:

• Check-in at the airport may take slightly longer than usual. To assist us in processing your check-in as quickly as possible, please either:

• Check in on-line before 14.00 on Saturday 11th February. The website will be down for the upgrade between 14.00 on Saturday 11th February and 19.00 on Sunday 12 February.

• Arrive a little earlier for check-in at the airport and ensure you bring your e-ticket and itinerary when you check-in, this will make sure your journey through check-in is as smooth and quick as possible.
